Job Summary:

WMC Health Network is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter(ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for Physicians and Advanced Clinical Providers.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.
• Act as a key advisor for their designated service lines and will assume full responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service for providers throughout the on-boarding and credentialing process.
• Acts as the main point of contact for all advanced clinical new hires.
• Manage the on-boarding progress for providers to ensure they are credentialed and onboarded in an efficient timeframe.
• Utilize and manage various sourcing sites.
• Attend local and national recruitment events on a quarterly basis.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) when screening candidates and posting positions.
• Works with leadership to find candidates that match their needs.

Experience:

Two (2) years previous healthcare and/or Advanced Clinical recruiting background is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
