Sinya Mediterranean is looking for a reliable and skilled Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Ideal candidates should have experience cutting meats (chicken, beef, lamb) and a strong understanding of kitchen safety and food handling procedures.
Responsibilities:
Cut, portion, and prepare various meats and ingredients for service
Maintain a clean and organized prep station
Assist kitchen team with prep and production tasks
Follow all food safety protocols
Requirements:
Prior prep cook experience, especially with meat cutting
Knife skills and attention to detail
Punctual, dependable, and a team player

Los candidatos ideales deben tener experiencia cortando carnes (pollo, res, cordero) y buen conocimiento de seguridad alimentaria y manejo de alimentos.
Responsabilidades:
Cortar, porcionar y preparar diferentes tipos de carne e ingredientes para el servicio
Mantener una estación de trabajo limpia y organizada
Apoyar al equipo de cocina con tareas de preparación y producción
Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria
Requisitos:
Experiencia previa como cocinero/a de preparación, especialmente en corte de carne
Buen manejo del cuchillo y atención al detalle
Puntual, responsable y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo
Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo acelerado
