Salary: $55,000 - $75,000
 
Educational Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Behavioral Health, or related field, Master's preferred. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and meticulous organization.  

Duties/Responsibilities:  Assist with the selection, purchase, and distribution of Pathways promotional materials and marketing items for the FIVCO Region. Facilitate the design, production, and distribution of Pathways marketing materials. Lead and/or participate in targeted location and/or service marketing efforts in the FIVCO Region. Identify and support the growth and expansion of potential business ventures. Work closely with the Marketing and Public Relations team and FIVCO Region staff to identify and pursue new opportunities, and build relationships.
 
Experience Required:  Experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related role (preferably 2-4 years). Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret market data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and markets.
