With multiple new clients and campaigns launching, we are hiring immediately to fill key roles supporting brand activations , event planning , and on-site promotions .

As an Event Assistant, you will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing events . From setting up displays to interacting with customers, you’ll be the face of our clients’ brands and help create engaging, high-energy experiences.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events
Maintain a positive public image through face-to-face customer interactions
Support brand awareness efforts across local markets and venues
Help manage and distribute marketing materials , signage, and event displays
Build rapport and relationships with new and returning customers
Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with internal teams
Deliver on-site customer support , answering questions and providing product information
Outgoing, approachable personality with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoys working with people in face-to-face settings
Able to commit to a full-time schedule (30+ hours per week)
Willing and able to travel locally to event locations
Experience in customer service, retail, sales , or event marketing is a plus—but not required
Open to learning and growing in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
