Job Description

Office Location: Sandy, Oregon (Field-based, serving Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington County).
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time.
Hourly Rate: $23 - $30 per hour Depending of Services that you provide.

We serve clients in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties, ensuring that assignments are close to your location to minimize travel. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no overtime required.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week.
  • 1:1 Support: $23 per hour.
  • Group Community or ADL Support: $23 per hour.
  • Oregon Commission for the Blind Employment: $30 per hour.
  • Vocational Rehabilitation & Oregon Department of Disabilities Employment Supports: $25 per hour.
  • OCB Personal Assistant: $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skills training and in home attendant care.
  • Community inclusion and meal preparation.
  • Medication assistance.
  • Scheduling and accompanying clients to medical appointments.
  • Shopping, advocacy, and transportation support.
  • Attending company social events and ensuring client safety.
  • Supporting clients in communication and socialization skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass criminal, driving, and CPS background checks.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Own a smartphone/tablet and a reliable vehicle (with proof of insurance).
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed.
  • Strong problem-solving and life skills.
  • Ability to teach and support clients in daily activities.
