Midtown is looking for a friendly and driven Food & Beverage Associate Lead to enhance our stellar restaurant experience.

 
What You’ll Do  

Our Food & Beverage Associates are “people persons” to their core, motivated by helping others, and passionate about delivering the best experience through food and connections. As an integral part of our F&B team, you’ll be serving and assisting our members by taking their orders, cooking food, making smoothies & shakes, making specialty coffees, serving and delivering orders, suggesting delicious meal & drink options and prepping food for our grab & go offerings

All while maintaining a friendly, safe & sanitary workspace. T

Currently the schedule we have available is for 30 hours (which is considered Full-Time) You would be available for Full-Time Benefits.

Friday: 9am-3pm

Saturday: 9am to 3pm (Close)

Sunday: 9am to 3pm (Close)

Monday: 2pm to 8pm (Close)

Tuesday: 2pm to 8pm (Close)

We want to keep everyone to a set schedule. This is our current availability, but things change on both ends. Over communication of your needs and over communication of our needs in the cafe is valued at Midtown.

What Your Days Will Look Like  

• Serving and delivering our members favorite Food & Beverages with care, grace & humility

• This is a leadership role. You will lead by example. You will be the manager's key associate for support in keeping cafe clean, organized, stocked and running smoothly.

• Our Food & Beverage associates do it all. Cook, clean, prep, take orders, educate members at POS about our menu & bring out orders.

• Because we are a part of a Health Club, we offer support to other departments with Food & Beverage offerings. You will assist in preparing and executing cafe and other department events.

• Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary workspace

• Collecting accurate and efficient orders from our customers

• Handling payment information with integrity and proficiency

• Building lasting relationships with current members and staff through social interactions and conversation.

Our food and beverage team is “on stage”, on time and ready to deliver our best work. We anticipate problems and do our best to take preventative measures for our members. At times, we host member events that include the food & beverage department.
