A prestigious boutique law firm in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced  Estate Tax Law Attorney to join our team. This position offers a partnership track for exceptional candidates.

Position Overview

• We are looking for a skilled attorney to develop and implement sophisticated estate tax planning strategies, guide clients through probate processes, and provide expert legal advice on complex estate and tax issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement estate tax planning strategies
• Guide clients through probate and estate administration
• Provide legal advice on complex estate and tax issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and financial planners

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Bar license (DC, VA & FL Bar licenses okay)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estate tax law or related fields
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation
