Requirements Primary Role: - Engaging in proactive customer contacts and analysis of customer accounts, while maintaining a status of less than 60 days past due
- Accepting and processing customer payments and applying payments to the customer’s account
Secondary Role - Serving as a Customer Service Representative on an as needed basis, when full-time CSRs are on PTO or during periods of high demand at the CSR desk
Supporting Tasks - Assisting the accounting department and general manager with:
- General ledger maintenance
- Customer Billing
- End of month procedures
- Fuel reconciliation
- Airfield access badge auditing
- Other tasks as assigned by the GM or Controller
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Ability to learn and utilize industry-specific software (TFBO)
- Excellent, professional communication skills: verbal and written
- Polite and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to complete shift work as needed
Desired Previous Experience - Accounts receivable
- Customer account maintenance

Schedule Regularly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional deviations of 6:00 am-2:00 pm or 2:00 pm-10:00 pm for CSR coverage.
Reporting Relationship This position reports to the Controller.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers
- Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery
