Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a  strong background in sales  and customer service, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product value.
• Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
